1.1, multi-media filter

1.2. Suspended matter in water is smaller particles.         Flushing method: The multi-media filter is manually controlled to the normal flushing position, after 15 minutes of flushing, it is dialed to the positive punching position, and then rinsed for 10 minutes. After the flushing is completed, the multi-way valve is set to the running state.

3.1, cationic softener

         In order to prevent the precipitation of calcium and magnesium ions in the water on the reverse osmosis membrane, the membrane module is damaged by the solid particles, and large-scale scaling occurs. Adding a softener before R.O reverse osmosis can extend the system cleaning cycle limit and extend the life of the membrane to reduce costs. Rinse the regenerative cationic softener (cycle: depending on the water quality) as follows:

(a) first add 5 kg of industrial salt in an industrial salt tank, and add 15 kg of saturated solution by adding water;

(b) Backwashing: Turn the manual multi-way valve to the backwash position (BACK WASH) for 15 minutes and then dial to the aspiration position (BRINE&SLOWR);

(c) Brine suction: After the manual multi-way valve is set to the salt absorption position (BRINE&SLOWR), the salt water is automatically sucked (20-25 minutes);

(d) Quick flushing: After sucking 20 kg of industrial salt solution, the manual multi-way valve is set to the fast flushing position (FAST RINSE) for 30 minutes;

(e) Sampling test: Open the sampling valve to take out the sample water. It is required to use the special demineralized water reagent to determine the test. The softened water is sampled and the reagent is added. If the color of the sample water turns blue, it is acceptable. If it is purple or red, it is bad. Regeneration cleaning. After the cleaning is completed, the normal water supply (SERVICE) is performed.

RO reverse osmosis unit is the heart of the whole set of pure water system. Users should pay special attention to maintenance. Usually, when the RO system is running, the operation data should be adjusted according to the design reference values ​​of the system. When adjusting, the membrane water output and working pressure are the main indicators, and the membrane is blocked and contaminated. The inlet pressure, the outlet pressure, the influent flow, the outlet flow, and the pure water conductivity should be recorded normally so that the system can be faulty to find out the cause. In general, the removal rate of organic matter by the RO pure water system can reach 99.9%. For inorganic salts, it can reach 94%~98%. Since the RO system has the fine ability of high-efficiency deionization, the resistance of the water can be compared with the resistance of the water inlet and the outlet of the system to obtain the working efficiency. The ability of the RO system to remove minerals and organic matter can maintain stable water quality due to periodic flushing and drug washing operations.

The machine operation data is based on the following factors:

1) The inlet water temperature is maintained within the design range (about 25 ° C at room temperature)

2) The water index should be the same as the municipal tap water when entering the water.

3) Inlet water must pass through pre-treatment equipment to reduce SDI and remove residual chlorine. The RO system uses automatic control technology and has the necessary protection, such as water shortage, full water, low pressure protection, etc., but does not mean the system. It can be operated unattended for a long time. Please record the pressure, flow, temperature and conductivity parameters regularly. When the limit of the system is designed, please adjust it in time. Otherwise, the RO membrane or system will be damaged, which will affect the service life of the machine. . In vitro regenerative mixed bed system:

4.1 RO water tank

       The RO water tank is placed behind the RO unit to store RO water and buffer, which provides sufficient and stable water for the mixed bed system.

4.2 DI pure water pump

       The DI pure water pump supplies the pressure and flow required for the normal operation of the external regenerative mixing bed unit;

4.3 MB mixed bed

       Although single-stage reverse osmosis has removed most of the ions, it still does not meet the water quality requirements of ultrapure water. Therefore, a two-stage mixed bed is used for fine desalting. The two-stage mixed bed process is used for fine desalting to obtain qualified pure water. According to the water consumption of the washing machine and the water quality of the user's location, the terminal mixed bed is replaced once every six months or so (depending on the water quality requirements).

 PP fine filter:

       The security filter is the last filter device before entering the R.O reverse osmosis host. It must ensure that the pollution index SDI of the tap water before entering the reverse osmosis host is stable below 4. Since the pure water recovery rate of the reverse osmosis unit is generally only 50%-60%, the designed water production is 1t/h.

       Operating principle:

      (a) The PP cotton filter adopts a 5um-diameter PP cotton filter. The water permeates from the PP cotton and permeates through the micropores from the central tube of the PP cotton inner wall, thereby filtering out fine particles impurities larger than the pore diameter.

      (b) After a period of use of PP cotton, more and more foreign particles are trapped outside the outer hole until it fails. At this time, please replace the filter element, otherwise it will pollute the subsequent reverse osmosis equipment. The general replacement period is 1-2.
